What happen to my registered post

I thought my parcel has reached the person but not really because the postman was here this afternoon. He asked me whether I am sending the parcel, of course I am and I have written To and From at both sides of the envelople. Obviously the clerk at post office SS15 not looking.

Anyway the Postman which often drop parcel at my place told me that he will send back to office and had it send to right person.
